Weight Loss Success

Before I was trying to lose 20lbs by May but now Im just trying to lose 20lbs and whenever that happens then it does. Im proud to say that I have lost a total of 11lbs thus far and Im so HAPPY!!

What Ive Doing:
Havent really been consistently working out but I havent been eating after 8pm and not buying food. Ive been cooking my food and bringing it to work. About a week ago I decided to cut out carbs from my diet, all I was eating was steamed veggies and tuna fish and chick peas with tuna. From that I lost about 6 lbs and then I lost another 2. Im very happy and proud of myself.


  1. Congrats on the weight loss! Another great thing to add to your diet (by diet I simply mean "what you eat") is whole grains. Instead of eliminitaing carbs you could just eat the good ones. All grains start out brown (rice, wheat, sugar, etc) and then they are strippd of all of their nutrients and made "instant" and they are turned white which is when carbs become a problem. If you simply replaced all the white stuff with brown stuff you could keep carbohydrates in your diet and they would be helping you. Good carbs keep you feeling full longer and they give you fiber which any weight loser knows is key.
    Be sure to drink plenty of water and I say you're gonna get to 20lbs sooner than you think!
